ezbook – Product enhancement notification – April 11 2018
The following enhancements will be available on April 14, 2018.
1. New sign-in page: On April 14th, users will see a new sign-in pages for both new.ezbook.com and new.ezbook.com/yourcompany. These sign-in pages will have a fresh, clean and modern look and will also work well on mobile devices like smartphone and tablets. In addition, your organization’s login page will also provide space for Site Administrators to place a message to users while they are logging in.
Illustrations of the new new.ezbook.com and new.ezbook.com/yourcompany are provided below.
Site administrators will now have the ability to;
- Upload their company’s logo which will show up on the login page and throughout the website
- Create and update the message they want users to see on the login page
The illustration below shows you where, within the Admin -> Modify Site Settings, you can upload your company’s logo and type in the message to users.
2. Simplified user support via the “Need Assistance?” link: Currently, when a user clicks “Need Assistance”, it provides users with the contact details of Site Administrators. Users then have to either make a phone call or copy/paste the email address and send an email.
Our goal is to make it easy for users to use ezbook and if they face challenges, they should be able to easily reach out for help and support. With this enhancement, when a user clicks on “Need Assistance?”, it will present them with a form to provide details of their question/concern which will then be emailed to a selective group of users that can help with such service requests.
Site Administrator can configure who get these support request email. It can be configured on the Admin -> Modify Site Settings page. See illustration below;
Any user could be a recipient of these service requests. Only criteria is that an email id needs to be associated with that account. Only accounts with an email address will show up on the Available box.
